Halle Berry intruder arrested

A man has been arrested on suspicion of stalking Halle Berry after being found in the grounds of her property yesterday.

The Oscar-winning actress had already called the police twice over the weekend after spotting the intruder on her Los Angeles property and officers were summoned to the home once more after her security team caught him near the house again.

According to gossip website TMZ, the man jumped over the back wall at Berry's home and police took him into custody on suspicion of felony stalking.

Halle was forced to take action on Sunday after spotting the intruder on her property but by the time three cop cars and a helicopter were dispatched to her home, the man had disappeared.

That was the second incident at Berry's property over the weekend, as on Saturday emergency services were called after an unknown person climbed over the wall and was spotted on her front lawn.

Berry's security team and others ran outside, but the intruder scaled back over the wall and disappeared.

It is not known if Berry's three-year-old daughter Nahla - with her ex-partner, Gabriel Aubry - was in the house at the time.

Initial reports suggested it could have been a paparazzi photographer trying to get a picture of the star.
