Aniston: Filming 'The Break-Up' was therapeutic

Jennifer Aniston says shooting 'The Break-Up' helped her get over her divorce from Brad Pitt.

The 42-year-old actress – who split from the Hollywood heartthrob in 2005 after almost five years of marriage – appeared in the 2006 comedy about a couple in the middle of a bitter split but instead of bringing back hurtful memories, Aniston says it helped ease the pain.
