Becks: We're ready and waiting for imminent arrival of daughter

David Beckham has said he is excited about the prospect of becoming a father again, and that the family is ready and waiting for little Miss Beckham.

His wife, Victoria, is due to give birth to their fourth child within days. They already have three sons.

Reports claim the former Spice Girl has booked herself in for a cesarean section on July 4, which is also their wedding anniversary.

Beckham said adding a girl to the family "is a whole different thing for us".

"The clothes are ready, the room is ready..We're all ready for her, and all excited," he said
