Cole to splash out on birthday bash

Cheryl Cole is spending £20,000 (€22,000) on a lavish birthday party for herself.

The 'Parachute' singer has not been seen in public since being fired from the US 'X Factor' and turning down an offer to return to the UK show last month but plans to celebrate turning 28 tomorrow with a spectacular bash at an undisclosed London location on Friday.
