'Columbo' actor Falk dies
Actor Peter Falk, most famous for his role as TV detective Columbo, has died at the age of 83.
His family said he had been suffering from dementia.
Falk, who died at his home in Beverly Hills last night, won four Emmys for his starring role in "Columbo".
He is survived by his wife, Shera, and two daughters from a previous marriage.
