Gleeson: Cheadle shocked by Irish weather
The cast of new comedy 'The Guard' had to survive “apocalyptic” Irish weather during shooting, according to its star Brendan Gleeson.
And while Gleeson at least had some experience of an Irish winter, it came as a shock to his American co-star Don Cheadle.
“When he arrived the weather took over, and it was kind of pretty apocalyptic so I had a lot of fun watching that,” Brendan laughed.
The 'In Bruges' actor stars as an Irish garda forced into an unlikely alliance with FBI agent Cheadle in the film, which was mainly shot on location in the west.
