Kingston 'stable' after water crash

Sean Kingston is in a stable condition after a jet-ski accident on Sunday.

The 'Beautiful Girls' hitmaker was rushed to the Jackson Memorial Hospital after crashing into the Palm Island Bridge in Miami, Florida, over the weekend, but he has now been moved from a trauma ward to an intensive care unit (ICU).
