80,000 music fans on way to Slane for Kings Of Leon gig

Over 80,000 music fans will make their way to Slane Castle this afternoon to see the US rockers Kings of Leon take to the stage.

The gates open at 1pm, with the first band set to perform at 1.30pm.

Gardaí are advising people to take public transport where possible.
