'Corrie' star pays tribute to on-set wife

'Coronation Street' star Graeme Hawley broke down in tears as he paid tribute to his on-screen wife at his leaving party.

The actor - who plays serial killer John Stape - is being written out of the ITV1 soap in an explosive storyline which will see him fake his own death, and at his farewell celebration in Manchester, Graeme praised Jennie McAlpine, calling her his "rock".
