O'Leary: 'X Factor' must 'up its game' after duo's departure
Dermot O'Leary thinks 'The X Factor' needs to "up its game" now Simon Cowell and Cheryl Cole have quit.
The 37-year-old host thinks no-one will be able to replicate the pair - who have quit the ITV1 show to launch the series in the US - and he feels "disconcerted" after having singed up to continue his role as presenter without knowing who would be on the judging panel.
