Girls Aloud are set to make a comeback in 2012 after their manager Hilary Shaw confirmed their self-imposed hiatus will come to an end next year.

The five-piece – Cheryl Cole, Nadine Coyle, Kimberley Walsh, Nicola Roberts and Sarah Harding – are set to return to the stage to mark the band's 10th anniversary.
