Barlow tipped for 'X Factor' role

Gary Barlow is the hot favourite to take over from Simon Cowell on 'The X Factor'.

Following the 51-year-old music mogul's recent announcement that he wouldn't be assuming a full-time role on the ITV1 talent contest when it returns to screens later in the year, show bosses are reportedly in "advanced talks" with the Take That singer in the hope he will replace the acid-tongued judge on the panel.
