Sheen to bid for temporary custody of children

Charlie Sheen will go to court on Tuesday after his estranged wife Brooke Mueller refused to take a drugs test.

Brooke reportedly turned down a test at her Hollywood home yesterday afternoon, meaning the troubled actor will return to court, possibly to ask for temporary custody of his two-year-old twin sons Bob and Max.
