Third Gervais series commissioned

Ricky Gervais’ animated comedy show has been commissioned for a third series.

Both Channel 4 and US broadcaster HBO have agreed to another run of ‘The Ricky Gervais Show’ which is based on the podcasts created by the ‘Extras’ star, Stephen Merchant and Karl Pilkington, and hinted that further seasons of the programme will also be forthcoming.
