'Friday' singer set to sue production company

Rebecca Black and her mum may sue production company which made her song 'Friday'.

The 13-year-old says she owns the copyright to the song.

It has been watched 82 million times on YouTube and the family's lawyers claim production firm Ark has been exploiting it.

Rebecca's mother paid Ark $4,000 (€2,821) to produce the video.
