The Bluetones are planning to split up after their UK tour this autumn.

The Bluetones are planning to split up after their UK tour this autumn.

In a statement on their MySpace page, the band said that after 17 years of touring and six studio albums, it is time to say farewell.

The band are best known for their 90s hit "Slight Return".
