Dull set-pieces in 'A Turtle’s Tale: Sammy’s Adventures'

Sammy is a 50-year-old turtle who potters around the world’s oceans facing the hazards of global warming in a disappointing animated film – in 3D – that offers us absolutely nothing of interest, wit or invention.

OK, so we should be concerned about the state of the oceans but this poorly-drawn Belgian film doesn’t grab us enough to care.

There isn’t even a decent storyline to engage us, merely a series of dull set-pieces.
