Willoughby remains out with migraines

Pregnant Holly Willoughby, who pulled out of presenting duties on 'This Morning' because of migraines, is not expected to return to the show tomorrow.

The star was not able to present 'Dancing On Ice' on Sunday after she was advised to rest by doctors.
