Doctors upbeat about Taylor's health

Elizabeth Taylor’s doctors continue to be encouraged by her progress as she remains in hospital in Los Angeles.

Publicist Jamie Caldwell said the 78-year-old actress will stay in hospital for now so doctors can continue to observe her.
