Berry wins right for daughter to shoot role in romantic movie

Halle Berry has won the right to take her two-year-old daughter Nahla to New York.

The Oscar-winning actress attended a court hearing in Los Angeles yesterday to allow her to take her child to New York to shoot a role in romantic comedy ‘New Year’s Eve’, just hours after it was reported Halle and Nahla’s father Gabriel Aubry had called a truce in their custody battle.
