Sharon Osbourne and a former contestant on her US TV show 'Rock Of Love Charm School' have settled a battery and negligence lawsuit.

Lawyers for the wife of Black Sabbath frontman Ozzy Osbourne and Megan Hauserman said they had settled the case, which was due to begin in Los Angeles yesterday.
