Christina Aguilera and Jordan Bratman have agreed a divorce settlement.

The former couple – who announced their separation in October after almost five years of marriage – have agreed to share custody of their three-year-old son Max, though documents filed in court by the 30-year-old singer’s lawyer on Wednesday do not specify the specific terms of their care agreement.
