Bale set for more severe weight loss
Christian Bale is expected to undergo another dramatic weight loss for his role in 'Concrete Island'.
The British actor will once again transform his appearance when he takes on the part of Robert Maitland, a wealthy architect who crashes his Jaguar on a manmade concrete island, surrounded by a motorway and has to survive on the contents of his car, and anything else he can find, in the psychological thriller.
