Pressly charged with drunk driving

Jaime Pressly has been charged with driving under the influence (DUI).

The 'My Name Is Earl' actress - who was arrested last month after police performed a sobriety test when they pulled her over for allegedly committing a traffic violation - has been officially charged for the offence by the Santa Monica City Attorney.
