Paris Hilton’s boyfriend is facing criminal charges following his arrest with the celebrity socialite on the Las Vegas Strip.
A complaint filed yesterday charges 35-year-old Cy Waits with being under the influence of marijuana and driving under the influence and possession of marijuana.
