More time needed for Lohan 'battery' probe

The Riverside County district attorney’s office wants another investigation before deciding whether Lindsay Lohan will be charged with battery for last month’s skirmish with a Betty Ford Centre rehabilitation technician.

Prosecutors and investigators met and decided that the office’s investigators will further probe Lohan’s alleged skirmish with rehab worker Dawn Holland, said John Hall, spokesman for the district attorney’s office.
