2010 'not best year' for comedian Saunders

Comedian Jennifer Saunders has revealed she will finish her chemotherapy in March – and pointed out that 2010 has not been her finest year.

The 52-year-old funnywoman has been treated for breast cancer for several months and has now set herself a series of challenges for the coming year.
