X-Factor singer rumoured to have signed with Jay-Z

US rapper Jay-Z has apparently signed former X-Factor Cher Lloyd to his record label.

It had been thought the X Factor finalist might sign with Will-I-am's label, as she did a duet with the artist on the show.

The Sun, however, has reported that the husband of Beyonce has locked the young singer in a deal.
