Boyfriend distraught as Cheryl decides on UK Christmas

Cheryl Cole has reportedly cancelled plans to spend Christmas in Los Angeles.

The British singer - who has had a turbulent year which saw her split from husband Ashley Cole in February and being stricken by Malaria - has left her reported boyfriend Derek Hough distraught after she decided she would rather spend the festive season with her family in Newcastle, North East England.
