Lohan at centre of 'battery' case
Lindsay Lohan is the subject of a criminal battery investigation.
The troubled actress allegedly lashed out at a member of staff at the Betty Ford Centre – where she is currently living in a sober house as part of her court-ordered rehabilitation programme – after she and her roommates arrived home late on December 12.
