'Glee' star lands movie comedy role

'Glee' star Chris Colfer has landed his first big movie role.

The 20-year-old actor - who plays gay character Kurt Hummel in the cult musical TV show - has signed on to star in coming-of-age comedy 'Struck by Lightning', set up by 'Youth in Revolt' filmmaker David Permut.
