No more checkout duty for Mary Byrne

Latest X Factor reject Mary Byrne said she would not be returning to her old job on a supermarket checkout now she has been axed from the show.

Byrne, 50, from Dublin, worked at Tesco before her lengthy run on the show, which led to her making it to the semi-finals.
