Little originality in 'Megamind'

An animation good Vs evil that does its best to deliver but ultimately disappoints, even though Ferrell is good as the big-headed blue bad dude who must change his ways.

Megamind finally gets the better of his arch enemy Metro Man (Pitt) but finds life hollow and meaningless without a nemesis to battle and invents a new foe, Titan (Hill).

And it’s here that Megamind realises he must find the goodness in his heart to save the world when Titan threatens it.

While the story is OK it’s hardly startlingly original and therein lies its downside.
