Happy Mondays star Bez in court over restraining order

Former Happy Mondays star Bez will appear in court today accused of breaching a restraining order.

The star – real name Mark Berry – was arrested yesterday after failing to answer bail on allegations he pestered ex-girlfriend Monica Ward, the mother of his two-year-old son.
