Jackson is singing on new track, insists record label

Michael Jackson's record label has been forced to issue a statement insisting it really is him singing on his new single.

'Breaking News', which is the first track from an album of unheard Jacko songs, started streaming on the web yesterday.

But fans, and even Michael's sister LaToya Jackson, have said that they do not think it sounds like him.

Epic said that it has checked with people who were in the studio when he recorded it.
