Downey Jr thought Galifianakis was a 'hobo'

Robert Downey Jr thought Zach Galifianakis was a “hobo” when he first met him and nearly punched him.

The 45-year-old actor was so surprised at Galifianakis’s scruffy appearance he assumed he was a crazed fan and did not recognise him when he said the pair would be working on the comedy movie ‘Due Date’ together.
