LiLo 'struggling' in rehab

Lindsay Lohan is struggling to cope in rehab.

The 'Machete' actress is currently undergoing treatment for drug abuse at the Betty Ford Clinic in California and is said to be finding life at the centre lonely but is using the time to try to get her career back on track.
