Eva Longoria Parker and her husband Tony Parker have been sued following a car crash last week.

The 'Desperate Housewives' actress and her basketball-player spouse had the legal claim made against them in the Los Angeles Superior Court today, with driver Roman Gasparyan suing for negligence.
