Lohan's father prepared to halt legal bid if she meets him

Michael Lohan is prepared to drop his planned conservatorship order over his troubled daughter Lindsay.

The 50-year-old father – who is preparing to petition for the order which, will give him control over the actress' personal and professional affairs – has revealed he will not proceed if his estranged daughter and her mother Dina agree to family therapy.
