ACC Bank granted permission to serve legal papers on Jim Corr
The High Court has granted ACC Bank permission to find alternative ways to serve legal papers on the musician Jim Corr.
Last July, the bank began a legal action against Mr Corr of Old Windmill Road, Crawfordsburn, Bangor in Co Down and Liam Marks of Blackrock, Dundalk in Co Louth, for an alleged debt of more than €1m.
