Perry and Gaga dominate MTV Awards nominations

Katy Perry and Lady Gaga have grabbed five nominations each as they go head-to-head at the upcoming MTV Europe Music Awards.

Lady Gaga, who recently dominated the MTV Video Music Awards in a meat dress, is up for Best Pop, Female, Live Act, Song ('Bad Romance') and Video ('Telephone').
