Anderson wants to bring panto Stateside
Pamela Anderson believes panto would be a hit in the US.
The star, who has appeared in Christmas pantomimes in the UK, thinks that if the comedy shows should head across the pond, Stateside audiences would lap it up.
“I think panto would do good in America – it’s satire, family fun at Christmas and there are definitely lot of actors and musicians, dancers, singers and drag queens, who are willing to make fun of themselves for a few weeks, for the kids!” she said.
“It would be something to look forward to and it’s a great introduction to theatre for kids and adults.”
Anderson will star alongside Les Dennis in 'Aladdin' at the Liverpool Empire this Christmas.
