Breathnach set to return to 'All Ireland Talent Show' role
Paraic Breathnach will reprise his role as advisor to judge for the West Daithi O’Sé in the new series of 'The All Ireland Talent Show', it was announced today.
Síle Seoige will also be stepping in to offer her insights on the talent the West has to offer. Síle will also get a chance to work with her sister again since sitting on the couch on 'Seoige'.
O’Sé has enjoyed some success in picking acts having scooped the top prize in series one with the Mulkerrin Brothers.
His other act that year, Daithi O’Dronai, has also gone on to secure a place in the live finals of Sky One’s 'Must Be The Music' and took to the stage in the Body and Soul area of last weekend’s Electric Picnic featival.
"I’ve known Daithi for over 10 years now, as we both started out doing the weather on TG4, he is bold as brass and I love that about him," said Síle Seoige.
"I may at times have to reign him in a bit on the judging panel as he is an almighty messer who never fails to make me laugh! But being a Galway girl and knowing his love for 'the Wesht', I know he’ll do us proud.
"As for the talent, I but I know what I like, I am not a bad singer and have been know to join in the odd sing song at a wedding….if that counts! As for working with my sister again … I can’t wait!"
