Snipes to fight on in tax evasion case

Wesley Snipes is calling for a mistrial in his tax evasion investigation.

The ‘Demolition Man’ star – who was handed a three-year sentence by US courts in April 2008 after he was found to have “wilfully neglected” to file his income tax return – insists his trial was not fair because some jurors were prejudiced against him.
