Detectives hand Gibson 'domestic violence' file to prosecutors

US detectives gave prosecutors the results of their investigation into domestic violence allegations against Mel Gibson.

Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department spokesman Steve Whitmore said the results were turned over for a decision on whether charges will be filed.
