Sean Connery retires

Sean Connery has retired. The Scottish actor - who turns 80 today - admits he thinks his acting days "are over" and he will not go back to Hollywood.

The former James Bond star said: "I don't think I'll ever act again. I have so many wonderful memories but these days are over."
