Final 'Big Brother' winner to face ultimate test

The winner of the final series of 'Big Brother' will be unveiled tonight – and then go straight back into the house with some of the best-known faces from the show’s history.

Channel 4 was tight-lipped about which former contestants will be in the two-week special called Ultimate Big Brother.
