Madonna has upset the cast and crew of her new movie by taking forever to shoot scenes.
The 51-year-old singer is directing the movie 'W.E.' - a two-tier tale about Britain's King Edward VIII's relationship with American Wallis Simpson and a modern story regarding a woman called Wally Simpson - but has annoyed the actors by overanalysing every single scene.
An on-set source told the Sun the '4 Minutes' singer had irritated some by taking three hours to shoot a 10-second bath scene with Australian actress Abbie Cornish who plays Wally Simpson.
It has also been revealed that Madonna has given her teenage daughter Lourdes a cameo in the movie.
Filming on the biopic began in London in June. As well as directing the project, Madonna also took part in the writing of the screenplay for the film, which is due for release in 2011.
Madonna's only other directing credit is 2008's 'Filth and Wisdom', which starred Richard E. Grant and Eugene Hutz, although she has served as a writer on documentary 'I Am Because We Are'.
