One of the new stars of 'Glee' has caused a stir by apparently having Botox treatment at the tender age of 18.

A celebrity surgeon says she gave Charice Pempengco - who is a massive star in her native Philippines - Botox and a half hour anti-ageing treatment ahead of her debut on the hit show.
