'Eastenders' star Lacey Turner has been nominated for Best Actress at the Inside Soap Awards for the fifth year running.

'Eastenders' star Lacey Turner has been nominated for Best Actress at the Inside Soap Awards for the fifth year running.

The actress - who plays market stall worker Stacey Branning in the BBC One show - has been shortlisted for the exclusive gong once again in the 2010 TV ceremony which will take place in September.

Turner won the award last year, and is set to leave Albert Square later this year.

This year she is up against her 'EastEnders' co-stars Nina Wadia (Zainab Masood) and Diane Parish (Denise Johnson) and nine other soap beauties for the award.

She has also been named as one of the hopefuls up for the Best Dramatic Performance gong for her portrayal of her character's bipolar storyline.

Following the success of 'The Siege' storyline in 'Coronation Street' earlier this year, Gray O'Brien has been shortlisted for the Best Actor award for his role as deceased murderer Tony Gordon, and will also face competition from the show's Chris Gascoyne (Peter Barlow) and Simon Gregson (Steve McDonald).

The storyline is up for Best Stunt, while Gray has also been nominated in the Best Exit category, along with 'EastEnders' favourites Larry Lamb (Archie Mitchell) and Lacey's screen husband Charlie Clement (Bradley Branning).

This year's awards ceremony will allow reader's of the soap magazine to vote for their favourites in 15 categories, including new groups 'Best Daytime Soap', 'Best Wedding' and 'Best Stunt'.

Voting closes on August 30.
